Most residential projects take 8–16 weeks from concept to handover. Commercial spaces can range from 12–24 weeks depending on scope. We share a detailed timeline after our discovery call.

Absolutely. Our Room Makeover service is designed for a single space — bedroom, living room, kitchen or study. We treat every project with the same care, big or small.

Our fee covers concept development, mood boards, floor plans, 3D renders, material selection, vendor coordination and on-site supervision. Furniture and execution costs are separate.

Yes. Every project includes photorealistic 3D renders so you approve the design before we begin execution — no surprises at the end.

Of course. We love blending heirloom or existing pieces with new additions — it keeps the space personal and sustainable.

Yes. We have completed projects across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Goa. Remote design + periodic site visits work well for most Indian cities.

We typically split into four milestones: 25% on signing, 25% at concept approval, 30% at material procurement, and 20% at handover. The schedule is flexible and we share it in writing before we begin.

Yes — we are happy to share contact details of past clients who have agreed to talk to prospective ones. Just ask during our discovery call and we will arrange an introduction.

The concept stage includes two rounds of revisions. Almost every project takes 1–2 iterations before we lock the direction — that back-and-forth is part of the process and never costs extra.

Yes. We work with a vetted network of contractors, carpenters and finishers and supervise every stage. You get one point of contact (your project manager) for every question through the build.

Two rounds of revisions are included at the concept and final design stage. Beyond that, we charge a transparent hourly rate that we share upfront — no surprise add-ons later.

Almost always. Tell us your number on day one and we design within it — including all furniture, finishes and execution. We will be honest if the scope and budget do not align before any contract is signed.
